metiundo as a finalist in the ULI PropTech Innovation Challenge at the Urban Leader Summit 2025

metiundo was one of the six finalists in this year's PropTech Innovation Challenge (PIC). We were shortlisted from a high double-digit number of participating companies. We congratulate Green-Fusion on their success with their solution for automating heating systems and are delighted with the positive feedback we received for our contribution, which our CEO Dennis Nasrun presented in Frankfurt on May 21.
As part of the third PropTech Challenge (PIC) 2025, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) called on innovative companies from the real estate and technology sector to submit solutions for the cost-effective decarbonization of affordable housing.
