The basement becomes a digital cellar: metiundo supplies and installs the hardware
metiundo organizes the procurement and financing of the hardware. The required hardware is installed by our technicians.

Data collection:
All measurement data is recorded on our central data platform. Heat, energy, electricity, water - live. A complete digital picture of energy and water consumption in the building is created.

Now the time has come: You can get all consumption and generation data immediately and in detail digitally. Our system receives the metering data from the property live and stores it on our platform to make it available to you as required. metiundo uses encrypted, regulation-compliant data transmission that also meets the communication requirements of the energy market and ISO27001.

How do you differentiate

As a contracting party, we provide live data for all energy and water applications. We install a holistic smart metering infrastructure that also considers new applications such as the control of heat pumps in accordance with §14a EnWG. We have implemented the core processes of our services with the support of our own software - this makes us very flexible and agile.
What do you measure?

We measure electricity, gas, district heating, water and heating (as heat meter or via heat cost allocators) nationwide. There are no restrictions in the real estate sector: We measure main and submetering and it makes no difference to us whether we measure a household meter, a heat pump or a CHP unit. However, we are not active for private customers, in the industrial sector or for large generation assets.
Do I have to take care of the installation or technology?

No - we want to make an abstract and complex topic like measurement as simple as possible. Simply provide us with a few structural data about your building and the measurement data you require. We'll take care of everything else - from installing only standard hardware to clarifying all processes with local utilities or energy companies.
What price will I have to pay?

You only pay an annual flat rate over a period of 8 years. The flat rate depends on the number and type of meters installed. You already pay the flat rate for single measurements of electricity, gas, district heating and water to energy/water suppliers and to your metering service provider for measurements in rented apartments. In future, you will pay these flat rates in total to us. The leasing costs for the installed hardware are included in the annual flat rate.
